Bindaas Store has a make-to-order model. These products are made and shipped as per order. It allows us to offer thousands of unique designs always available in all sizes, colors, and styles.

3-Day Size Exchange: A one-time size exchange is available for clothing products only, for the same product & color to ensure you get a perfect fit. Once this one-time exchange is availed & replacement product is delivered to you, the sale is considered final and no further exchange, return or refund requests will be considered under any circumstances. Exchange requests post 3 days of receiving the product will not be allowed. Exchange with a different color, or with any other product, etc. is not allowed

Also, in the below mentioned extremely rare cases, we will Refund 100% of order amount back to your source account:

• Wrong Product/Print/Size/Color is received from what was actually ordered.
• Prepaid Order got cancelled or couldn't be delivered due to any unforeseeable occurrence at our vendor/Shipping partner's end.

Apart from the above exceptions, there is No-Return & No-Refund Policy on these products based on subjective size/fit/quality concerns, as these products are MADE ON ORDER for you. 

For raising a request, please write to us at bindaastore@gmail.com with your issue and images of the product within 72 hours of receiving the product. Our team will respond within 2 working days & review the request and the validity as per the terms above. If the request is approved and post successfully processing of the return, within 7 days you will get a Full Refund back to source account.

Cancellation Policy:

Once an order is placed, whether prepaid or COD it is deemed as final. If you want to cancel or modify the order, please e-mail us on bindaastore@gmail.com within 2 Hours of placing the order with your request. Requests received post 2 hours will not be accepted. This is because our products go under printing process within 2 hours of order placement on our website.
